About the Event
Indy Pickleball Club is hosting its first Indy Pickleball Club Best. Sport. Ever. Tournament at Cyntheanne Park October 2nd - 4th. We are almost sold out in all events! We need volunteer support to keep the event to be Covid Safe, run on time, and for all participants, fans, and volunteers to have a great time!

Sept. 30th 5pm - Bag Stuff-ers
Help us with stuffing bags for the tournament players. We will stuff tshirts and other goodies for each player. We will also label each back with the player's name for easy distribution!

Location: Event Desk Responsibilities include: Wearing a mask - recommended, using hand sanitizing after each player check in, checking players in for JR Scramble & Mens Doubles 5.0, giving participant bags to players, collecting any missing tournament payments, and letting players know about the raffle table location, who their pod captain is, court assignment(s), and event start time.

Responsiblities include: Wearing a mask - recommended, hand sanitize often, promoting Raffle, selling tickets, announcing when tickets will be called out, calling out winners, ensuring the winners receive their prize.

Creating and maintaining the Medal match brackets. Passing out medals, taking photos, and recording first and last names of everyone who received a medal.
