About the Event
Indy Pickleball Club is hosting its first Indy Pickleball Club Best. Sport. Ever. Tournament at Cyntheanne Park October 2nd - 4th. We are almost sold out in all events! We need volunteer support to keep the event to be Covid Safe, run on time, and for all participants, fans, and volunteers to have a great time!

10.4: 6-7am Event Setup
Tournament Tent/Tables/Speakers/Electricity - Set up Set up COVID cleaning Stations Set up Courts with balls/Sanatation/Banners Set up Raffle Table with tickets and prizes Support Vendor Table set up Restroom Check for supplies and clean COVID Safety - offer masks to anyone working/talking within 6 feet Set up Results Board Organize Event Registration/Check-in desk with player bags

Location: Event Desk Responsibilities include: Wearing a mask - recommended, using hand sanitizing after each player check in, checking players in for 5.0 Mixed Doubles and 4.5 Mixed Doubles, giving participant bags to players, collecting any missing tournament payments, and letting players know about the raffle table location, who their pod captain is, court assignment(s), and event start time.
